Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraee announced that he had eliminated a prominent commander in Hezbollah's anti-armor missile system, who led the launching of anti-armor missiles towards northern towns during the past two years.
He continued: Yesterday, the Air Force attacked a raid in the town of Al-Hujair in southern Lebanon and eliminated Hassan Muhammad Bashir, who was one of the prominent commanders in Hezbollah’s anti-armor missile system.
He pointed out that, as part of his activity, the so-called Bashir launched hundreds of attack plans against the IDF forces and the citizens of the State of Israel. In addition, he led several cells that carried out continuous launches of anti-tank missiles towards the north of the country.
He added: During recent months, he began integrating into the anti-armor missile system north of the Litani River, and has since worked to rehabilitate a large number of elements.
Adraee also announced the elimination of the so-called Hassan Muhammad Bashir, affecting Hezbollah's ability to continue advancing attack plans against the citizens of the State of Israel and the IDF forces.
He pointed out that the army will continue to act forcefully against Hezbollah, which chose to engage in the battle and work under the auspices of the Iranian regime.
